NFL News: Minnesota Vikings Willing to Wait on Brett Favre Decision

The Minnesota Vikings won’t be searching for a new starting quarterback anytime soon as head coach Brad Childress has said the team is willing to wait on Brett Favre to make his decision about the upcoming NFL season.

Favre remains uncommitted about returning to the Vikings but many believe the 40-year-old QB will come back after guiding the Vikings to the NFC Championship Game last year.

The three-time NFL MVP returned from a brief retirement last year, signing with the Vikings in August, after the team broke training camp.

Favre threw for 4,204 yards and 33 touchdowns while tossing career low seven interceptions.
