Request for Ben Roethlisberger DNA Dropped

The GBI Has Withdrawn DNA Request

According to Ben Roethlisberger’s lawyer, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is no longer requesting a DNA sample from Roethlisberger as part of their investigation into his alleged sexual assault from earlier this month.  It is unknown as to why or when the DNA request was dropped, and a GBI public information officer would not comment on the issue.  Ben Roethlisberger is expected to meet with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to discuss his legal problems.
