Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ:BOCH) plunged 13% to $4.30 after Patrick J. Moty, President & CEO of Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ: BOCH) today announced the pricing of a fully upsized underwritten public offering of 7,200,000 shares of its common stock, an increase of 1,200,000 shares over the expected offering amount, at a price to the public of $4.25 per share.
