It also has been adopted and implemented in governments around the world as well as by businesses, private organizations, schools and the Narconon program.
Recognition of one’s rights and responsibility for the society around one is a key part of full rehabilitation of one addicted to drugs. It is common for Narconon graduates to go out into society and form up or join in some humanitarian endeavor.
