Joran van der Sloot Arrested by Dutch Police in Connection to Natalee Holloway Murder

Dutch police arrested Joran van der Sloot Wednesday under the suspicion he was involved in the killing of Natalee Holloway, the high school graduate that disappeared in 2005 when she was on a trip with classmates in Aruba.

Joran van der Sloot, along with Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, were originally arrested by police in Aruba on June 9, 2005 but released by a judge on September 3 and less than two weeks later the suspects were free to leave the island. Van der Sloot was 17-years-old at the time of his initial arrest.

Shortly after being freed Van der Sloot returned to the Netherlands and was attending a business college when he was arrested Wednesday.

The body of Natalee Holloway has yet to be found.
