Southern California Area
I-5 is closed to Southbound traffic from Artesia Ave in Buena Park – to the JCT of SR 91 in Fullerton (Orange Co) from 2330 hrs each night to 0400 hrs each morning Sunday thru Friday thru 11/23/07 – Due to Construction – A detour is available.
The Northbound connector to Northbound 1-710 in City of Commerce (Los Angeles CO) is closed form 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs Monday thru Friday thru 11/23/07 – Due to Maintenance – A detour is available.
A High Wind Advisory is in effect from 1.3 Mi South of the Los Angeles/Kern CO Line to the Los Angeles/Kern CO Line (Los Angeles CO) – Travel is not recommended for campers, trailers or permit loads.
Northbound traffic is reduced from 3 lanes 5.2 mi north of Castaic at Templin Highway (Los Angeles CO) 24 hours a day 7 days a week due to mud slide repairs – motorists should expect heavy traffic over the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend
Central California Area
A High Wind Advisory is in effect from Los Angeles/Kern CO line to 2 mi South of Wheeler Ridge (Kern CO) Grapevine Travel is not recommended for campers, trailers or permit loads.
Northern California Area
Traffic is reduced to 1 lane in each direction from 7.7 mi North to 9.7 mi North of Redding at the Pit River Bridge (Shasta CO) 24 hrs a day 7 days a week thru 4/17/08 – Due to construction – motorists are subject to 30 minute delays. During the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend motorists will be subject to delays of up to 2 hrs.
