Five Found Dead in Maryland Park

Police who discovered the bodies of five people in a Maryland park on Thursday night suspect that the killings were a part of a murder-suicide that involved three children and the two parents.

The bodies of the mother and three children were found in two cars in the parking area of Unity Neighborhood Park near Laytonsville, about 25 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. After discovering two bodies in each car police began to search the park and found the body of a male about 100 yards away.

Each of the victims were sent to the State Medical Examiner’s office in Baltimore for autopsies.
