Michigan Coupon Program Includes Online Web Presence and Marketing Zeal

Metro Detroit business gain new advertising platform to deliver coupons

Ted Cantu wants everyone to stop blaming the bad economy and start embracing technology. This ex art director from New York City and Chicago started out in Metro Detroit. He has returned to bring a new style of online marketing that many S.E. Michigan businesses have never fully utilized. This type of marketing does not rely on traditional media sources. Detroit has had a newspaper collapse with the Ann Arbor News and Eccentric newspapers. Cantu has developed a smarter way to get the word out without having to use any pay per click advertisements.

This is a hit with big businesses. In just three months after rolling this out Cantu has amassed a portfolio that includes health care companies, Michigan restaurants, automotive, green businesses,
Yamaha atv part dealers, Kawasaki dealers, beauty suppliers, import and export businesses, legal, retail and even rock bands. His big claim to fame is taking any company and putting them on page  one of Google, Bing, Yahoo and MSN in under an hour. This type of marketing is getting him a lot of attention.

Hot Metro Finds is the brainchild of International
art business marketer Tracey Vitkay and Ted Cantu. They work with viral web video,  press releases and viral media. They have put their clients on the Detroit Free Press, PBS Channel 56, Hour Detroit, USA Today, Wall Street Hour, Green Technologies , NBC, CBS, and ABC online media. This is very strong way for Michigan companies to get the recognition that they deserve.

“I am rolling out a coupon program in conjunction with our search engine optimization and web video capabilities. We didn’t accept any type of investor dollars when we built our marketing company. We wanted something that was genuine and that served Michigan businesses without charging them a fortune. Now we got something that works” says Ted Cantu. “There are coupon sites out there right now that do absolutely nothing but point links to third party web sites. Our businesses in Michigan deserve better than that”.

Ted Cantu knows the advertising gambit inside and out. He served for 15 years as an art director. Among his many talents he has put together coupon displays for Sunday circulars for major advertising agencies such as Foote Cone and Belding, Mars and Burrell. On top of that he has sat through five generations of multimedia from CD-ROM’s to the dot com era. Cantu has seen search engine technology grow from a conception to its present day state. Now he is back in Metro Detroit sharing his knowledge with his fellow associates in the Michigan business community.

“This is more than Twitter and Facebook. This is about people coming together and working hard to save our city and making a big impact” says Ted Cantu.
