Ciaran Foley Is Appointed President of Tech Coast Venture Network (TCVN)

Tech Coast Venture Network (TCVN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ciaran Foley as President of the organization. Since the early 1990’s, Foley has participated in the founding/co-founding and management of six companies and has held various positions, including CEO, COO, Vice President Sales, Marketing or Support and Board Member. In these roles, he has provided key advisory, project management, funding, business development, technical, sales and marketing expertise.

The office of President of TCVN marks a divergence from the past operating structure of the organization by splitting the chief executive position of TCVN into two, Chairman and President. This progressive approach is expected to yield high dividends to the TCVN organization.

“The entire Executive Committee is very excited about the new vision and direction that Ciaran is bringing to our group,” said Bart Greenberg, who will continue as TCVN’s Chairman. “Ciaran has the vision and leadership to position TCVN to take advantage of social media tools and methods in order to better guide our members as they begin their entrepreneurial adventure,”

Greenberg added, “For over 25 years, TCVN has been highly respected for remaining faithful to its vision and mission: serving as a true resource for entrepreneurs in Southern California. In light of recent economic challenges, organizations such as TCVN serve a vital role in the encouragement and guidance of local businesses – a role that is ever important as we seek to stimulate recovery and growth.

“I am honored and privileged to have been elected to serve as President and am looking forward to working with the wealth of wisdom within the group to take us to the next level,” said Foley.
