I finally started to get serious about weight loss and friends had been telling me about the Power 90 program, so I decided to give it a try. I've been trying to get fit on my own, but not really getting very far with it so I decided I needed something that will help me to take it up a notch and give me some improvements. Loved the kick boxing sessions, but really enjoyed the power yoga. The stretching felt so good on my muscles and was great for getting rid of tension after a hard at the office. The stress just melts away. It also helps to stretch and tone the muscles.

One thing you do have to learn is that you really need to combine the exercise program with a change in diet. It's a combination of putting the two together that really helps to accelerate the weight loss. Then the exercises help to tone up those areas where you lose fat and turn it into muscle. The program comes with a diet and nutrition guide that really has some amazing tips, that were new to me and really helped me to change my outlook on some of the foods I was eating, as well as showing me what food to eat to help give me the fuel I needed for the workouts.

As with any workout program you really have to stick with it and stay motivated. You will have online access to support and peer groups, and that helps to keep your motivation levels up, but you also need to really commit yourself to the entire program.
