The transfer in the exchange listing to the NEX was done to ensure the continuation of trading and continued liquidity for their shareholders. As previously announced, the company’s common shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange upon the close of trading on Friday, March 26, 2010 due to their current inability to meet continued listing requirements.
