Cephalon, Inc. (NASDAQ:CEPH) fell 3.21% to $70.29 on high volume after the biopharmaceutical company, failed to win approval to sell Nuvigil, the first prescription drug to help travelers avoid or reduce “jet-lag”. It also lost a bid to dismiss antitrust lawsuits.

Massey Energy Company (NYSE:MEE) fell 2.175 to $53.09 after rising 7% on Monday’s session.

 

Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) slid 2.20% to $54.51. Yesterday, the stock jumped 4.70%.

 

Titanium Metals Corporation (NYSE:TIE) declined 1.80% to $16.87 after hitting a new 52-week high of $17.39.

 

Western Digital Corp. (NYSE:WDC) fell 1.90% to $39.21.
