The company announced that the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust (UAW VEBA) has priced a secondary public offering of 362,391,305 warrants to purchase Ford common stock. The offering was priced at $5.00 per warrant through a modified Dutch auction that took place on March 30.

 

Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD) plunges 9.47% to $1.53 on 1.87 million shares. The company reported a narrower fourth-quarter loss Wednesday as the No. 3 U.S. drugstore chain saw lower pharmaceutical sales and smaller profit margins due to new generic drugs. The company lost $208.4 million, or 24 cents a share, for the quarter ended Feb. 27, as opposed to a loss of $2.3 billion, or $2.67 a share, a year earlier. Quarterly revenue slipped to $6.46 billion from $6.71 billion.

 

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) drops 0.75% to $17.13 on 2.32 million shares. The stock is up over 25% in the last one year of trading sessions.
