Michael Jackson is set to rejoin the Jackson 5 in a world tour next year.
The brothers Tito, Jermaine, Michael, Jackie, Marlon, and Randy last toured together as a six-piece in 1984 before Michael left, in between his massive-selling Thriller and Bad albums.
According to Jermaine Jackson, the reunion had been delayed by Michael's infamous 2005 court case, but the brothers are currently recording some new material as well as finalizing details for their tour.
December 1 marks the 25th anniversary of Jackson's Thriller album. Jackson was nominated for 12 Grammys for the album, earning eight, a record for most Grammys in one year. The album has sold 27 million copies in the United States alone.
