Autodesk Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) announced Tuesday that Nokia (NYSE: NOK) executive Mary T. McDowell to its board of directors, according to Associated Press.
McDowell serves as Nokia's executive vice president and chief development officer leading corporate development. She is a frequent public speaker on topics including mobile and Internet industry convergence, open ecosystems, strategy leadership and consumer centricity.

McDowell joined Nokia, the world's largest cell phone maker, in 2004 as executive vice president and general manager of Enterprise Solutions, responsible for the development and go-to-market of Nokia’s range of enterprise products and solutions.
Before joining Nokia, she spent 17 years at Hewlett Packard and Compaq.
Autodesk shares fell 6 cents to $29.40 at Tuesday’s close.
