Phoenix Kiosk, Inc. Provides Two Packaged Solutions for Chambers of Commerce and Visitor Centers

Numerous Other Turnkey Solutions Are Also Offered by Phoenix Kiosk, Inc.

Tempe, Ariz. (March 30, 2010) – Phoenix Kiosk today announced two distinctive options for its Chamber of Commerce turnkey kiosk solution, both of which will be on display in booth #431 at Kioskcom, April 14-15, 2010 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nev.

The Chamber of Commerce solution is now available in the Taaink kiosk model, as well as the Piitch kiosk model. Both models are delivered with a 32-inch portrait LCD display, and both models provide a sleek, modern design.

The Chamber of Commerce solution allows visitors to quickly search and retrieve information within a customizable directory of places to go, eat, learn, and explore. Powered by an efficient web-based application, the solution is designed for both directory kiosks and public computers. A touch screen or keyboard/mouse can be used for easy navigation.

The Chamber of Commerce solutions are typically placed in a visitor center or other areas where guests can utilize the information. The software can help reduce administrative costs by allowing visitors to receive the information they require on a self-service directory kiosk or monitor.

The Phoenix Kiosk Chamber of Commerce solution allows a client to:

·         Make Their Visitors Guide Digital & Interactive

·         Provide Helpful Information to Their Visitors/Users

·         Enhance & Modernize Their Brand

·         Update Their Directory in Real-Time

·         Provide Added Value & Increased Revenues for Member Businesses

Kiosk users are greeted with an interactive splash screen that displays advertising and imagery of the client’s choice. Once the visitor begins to interact with the system, they are taken to a main menu of customizable category buttons (attractions, points of interest, lodging, etc.). Categories are usually broken down into subcategories with member listings.

“The Chamber of Commerce solution is incredibly interactive,” said Alan Work, general manager of Phoenix Kiosk. “Depending on the client’s needs, their visitors can do just about everything with the application – view a map of where they would like to go, make reservations online or call a particular venue to ask questions. And, the client has full control of their directory at all times.”
