Janet Jackson Might Join the Jackson Five Reunion Tour

Singer and actress Janet Jackson recently stated that she might participate in the upcoming Jackson Five reunion tour.

News reports stated that Janet may join her family for a few shows, but her finance, music producer and rapper Jermaine Dupri wants her back in the studio to record a new album.

"He's also worried about her being associated with Michael because he's gotten such bad press lately."

According to Jermaine Jackson, the reunion had been delayed by Michael's infamous 2005 court case, but the brothers are currently recording some new material as well as finalizing details for their tour.

December 1 marks the 25th anniversary of Jackson's Thriller album. Jackson was nominated for 12 Grammys for the album, earning eight, a record for most Grammys in one year. The album has sold 27 million copies in the United States alone.
