Rapper Pimp C Found Dead in Hotel Room

Rapper Pimp C, whose real name is Chad Butler and a member of the rap duo UGK, was found dead in a hotel room this morning in California.

A County Fire responded to a 911 call at the Mondrian Hotel, located on Sunset Strip in Hollywood. According to reports the police arrived at his sixth floor hotel room and found him dead in the bed.

Pimp C is best known for hit single with Outkast entitled  "International Player's Anthem (I Choose You)." Pimp C had just performed with fellow rapper Too Short at the "House of Blues" in L.A. this past weekend.
