Google Co-founder Larry Page to be Married on Private Island Owned by Richard Branson

Larry Page, co-founder of search engine giant Google, will be getting married on Saturday and he’s requested a small favor from his close friend and fellow billionaire Richard Branson.

That favor just happens to be the use of Branson’s private island, Necker Island, for the nuptials. Branson was happy to accommodate and now Page and Lucy Southworth will exchange vows on the Caribbean hideaway.

While Necker Island might not be on to many maps it will be teeming with celebrities as Page has invited an impressive list of who’s who in the entertainment and business world. Among the 600 guests planning to fly in for the day, Irish rocker Bono.
