City outlaws group sex house called The Cherry Pit

A group of party goers are outraged after Jim Trulock has been banned from having swinger parties that turn his house into The Cherry Pit at night. His home has group sex rooms and features Naked Twister nights with as many as 100 people attending the parties.

Neighbors have complained of noise and traffic problems. Duncanville city officials have banned sex clubs in residential areas in response to the complaints.

“It’s crazy that they want to force their morality down our throats. We’re all frustrated,” said partygoer Dawn Burton.

Duncanville is located southwest of Dallas. There are not any registered sexually oriented businesses in the city. Officials say nobody’s rights are being violated as Trulcok is operating a business with live sex acts, which is outlawed in the community. Their claim is based on the fact the Trulock accepts money from guests and promotes his business on his website.

“We’re not about infringing on the rights if the Cherry Pit patrons or owners. But now your right to have fun has infringed on everyone else’s. And now you have to draw the line,” said city spokeswoman Tonya Lewis.

Trulock maintains he does not run a business, he merely hosts partied for a group of friends. He also says all money he receives at the parties are donations to cover food costs.
