Krzyzewski's Duke Edges Out Butler for Fourth Title

In a thrilling championship game, the Duke Blue Devils have won their fourth national title by defeating the Butler Bulldogs.  Mike Krzyzewski is now tied with Adolph Rupp for the second most college basketball championships of all time.

Butler came incredibly close to ending their underdog story with a victory.  In their second chance to win the game, Butler’s Gordon Hayward nearly sunk a buzzer beating halfcourt shot.  Alas, the ball bounced off the backboard and hit the rim before just barely missing and Krzyzewski’s Duke won the game 61-59 to end a very exciting NCAA tournament.
