Mr. Harris has served on EMC Metals Board of Directors since 2006 bringing with him a wealth of experience in growing public companies. He is currently a partner at Solo Management Group, LLC. Mr. Sheriff, the current CEO of the company, has been named Interim President in order to replace Mr. Peter Bosse who stepped down as President and Director to pursue additional interests.
