Robert ‘Willie’ Pickton Found Guilty in Serial Murders

Robert ‘Willie’ Pickton, Canada’s most notorious serial killer, was found guilty on six counts of second-degree murder Sunday and is now looking at a mandatory life sentence.

Pickton is believed to be responsible for the murders of 26 women around the Vancouver area. Many of the bodies were found buried on Pickton’s pig farm in British Columbia.

According to a witness for the prosecution, Andrew Bellwood, Pickton told him he strangled the women and fed their remains to his pigs.

Pickton is still facing 20 other murder charges but no date for a trial has been set for.
