SuperCamp – An Investment that Pays For Life

What sets SuperCamp apart from other summer enrichment programs?

Start with the extraordinary seven or ten days that each camper experiences at one of the nine college campus locations where SuperCamp is held. From the dynamic and engaging staff to the positive, safe and welcoming environment; SuperCamp’s fun never stops.

Next, consider the incredible learning that takes place in just those few days. Each moment is skillfully orchestrated by the SuperCamp staff to maximize comprehension and retention. The
learning skills cover so many important areas: reading comprehension and speed, creative writing, math strategies, critical thinking, problem solving and more.

Then there are the communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  These
life skills are written into the SuperCamp curriculum and do so much to help kids as they move toward the autonomy and challenges of college.

Last but not least, campers gain a character compass at SuperCamp by learning about how to live by the 8 Keys of Excellence. The 8 Keys make a big impression on the campers as they see how they have the power to make the right decisions and the ability to set goals and achieve them.

Parents love SuperCamp. Countless parents have ranted and raved for over 29 years about the newfound confidence and maturity they see in their kids when they return home. SuperCamp constantly receives feedback about the increased focus and self-motivation many of its graduates exhibit.

Parents also love the “hidden benefit” of SuperCamp – improved communication and relationships within the family. It’s a natural outcome of the ten days they spend in the SuperCamp world, where they are given an opportunity to reflect on what’s important in their lives.

On their last evening at camp, each student gets an opportunity to stand up in front of the entire group and share what they value in their life. The heart-felt emotion is incredible as, one by one; each person stands up and speaks. So many of the campers, regardless of age, proudly state that it is their family they value most.

Age-specific programs are offered for boys and girls ages 11-13 and ages 14-18, plus a Quantum U program for students entering and already in college. More information, including videos, is available at www.SuperCamp.com. Parents also can call 800-285-3276 to speak with an enrollment specialist.
