Its expertise lies in leadership and sales product training. It’s revenue for the year ended December 31, 2009 was reported as $4 million. The acquisition is expected to increase GP’s revenue and become accretive to its earnings per share in 2010. The acquisition will be funded by the company’s cash on hand.
