Madeleine McCann found, to be returned by Christmas

Francisco Marco says Madeleine was kidnapped by a pedophile ring in the Inberian Peninsula. “I cannot say who she is with because we are putting together conclusive proof we can present to the authorities so they can proceed with their arrests,” says Marco.

Madeleine disappeared from the McCann’s holiday apartment in Praia de Luz in Portugal on May 3. Kate and Gerry McCann left Madeleine and her two siblings in the apartment alone while they dined with friends. When they returned only Madeleine was missing. The couple were named official suspects in their daughters disappearance, but insists she was abducted and is still alive.

“We have proof of her movements after her kidnap and we know she was alive the day after her disappearance,” Marco says. “We are not certain she left Portugal.”

“I talk of certainties because we know which group may have her or could have kidnapped her to then sell her to others,” he adds.

As for whether Madeleine is alive, Marco says he believes that she is despite Portuguese authorities saying she is most likely dead by now.

“I have always said publicly Madeleine is alive. I have to believe it 100 percent because I know how to look for living people, not dead ones. But I have no proof Madeleine is alive,” Marco says.
