Kenny Chesney has shoulder surgery
The source says his shoulder causes him pain because of his “active lifestyle.” A rep for Chesney has not commented.
Meanwhile, Chesney’s busy schedule with his tour seems to be paying off as his concerts have been called the number one country concert draw of 2007. His performances reportedly grossed more than $71 million and drew a crowd of more than 1.1 million fans.
