Shares of Airline stocks have opened higher on Monday.
UAL Corporation (NASDAQ:UAUA) and jumped 3.40% to $21.19 after hitting a new 52-week high of $21.44 and US Airways Group, Inc. (NYSE:LCC) climbed 2.87% to $7.53. last week, both the companies were moving up on reports that both companies may consider merging within next several weeks.

Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE:DAL) surged 1% to $14.72. So far this year, the stock is up over 29%.
Alaska Air Group, Inc. (NYSE:ALK) is up 1.75% to $42.96.
AMR Corporation (NYSE:AMR) jumped 0.12% to $8.65.
