Alex Trebek, popular host of the game show Jeopardy!, was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday, six days after being admitted to the hospital following a minor heart attack at his California home Monday night.
Trebek has won two Emmys for his role as host on Jeopardy, a post he has held since Sept. 10, 1984, and owns a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The 67-year-old Trebek plans to be back in the studio Jan. 14 to tape the annual “Teen Tournament.”
