John Berg, Actor in “House M.D.” and “Monk,” Found Dead from Apparent Suicide

John Berg, a popular television actor in shows ranging from “House M.D.” and “Monk” to soap operas such as “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless” was found dead in his Van Nuys, California home on Sunday.

Authorities believe Berg committed suicide after finding large amounts of carbon monoxide in his system. Berg was 58-years-old.

Berg enjoyed small roles in “NCIS,” “Boston Legal,” “The Practice,” and “Law & Order.”
