NFL News: Miami Dolphins Deal Ted Ginn Jr. to San Francisco 49ers for Pick

The Miami Dolphins have dealt wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. to the San Francisco 49ers in return for a fifth round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.

Miami made the move after picking up Brandon Marshall from the Denver Broncos on Wednesday, opening the door for the team to shop Ginn Jr.

A former ninth overall selection in 2007, Ginn Jr. never lived up to expectations in Miami with just five career touchdowns.
