“Viva La Bam” Star, Don Vito, Gets 10 Years to Life on Probation

Vincent Margera, known to MTV fans as the crazy uncle Don Vito in the reality show “Viva La Bam,” was sentenced to 10 years to life on probation following his conviction of two counts of sexual assault on a child.

Margera was arrested last year after he was accused of groping three girls between the ages 12-14 at an autograph session in Lakewood, Colorado.

As part of the judge’s ruling Margera must refrain from appearing as the character Don Vito for ten years, register as a sex offender, get treatment for a substance abuse problem and undergo a mental health evaluation.
