Man Crashes into WLS TV Studio

WLS-TV had a surprise guest during Sunday’s 10 pm newscast.  The startled anchorman, Ravi Baichwal, yelled “Ho!” when the Mazda MPV with Indiana license plates came crashing through the studio’s glass wall.  Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.

The 25 year old driver was Gerald Richardson.

Emily Barr, ABC 7 President, suspects the accident was deliberate, but is not certain.  Witnesses say that Richardson made several U-turns before the crash.
