Daughtry Opening for Bon Jovi at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan

Daughtry, fronted by former American Idol contestant Chris Daughtry, will be performing at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan on February 20. The show is the second of several for the Grammy Award nominated band alongside rock legends Bon Jovi.

The bands debut, self-titled album hit number one on the Billboard 200 and became the fastest selling debut rock album in Soundscan history. Worldwide sales have neared four million for Daughtry with hit singles including “It’s Not Over” and “Home.”

Daughtry has been nominated for four awards at the 50^th Grammy Awards set to take place Feb. 10, 2008. They are nominated for Best Rock Album, Best Rock Song (“It’s Not Over”), Best Pop Performance, and Best Rock Performance.

The remaining shows in February featuring Daughtry and Bon Jovi will be in Milwaukee, Chicago and Washington D.C.
