Yung Joc considered a fugitive after carrying loaded gun in airport

Yung Joc was arrested Sunday after carrying a loaded semi-automatic gun through an airport. The rapper, whose real name is Jasiel Robinson, was attempting to board a Delta flight to Atlanta when airport employees found the loaded gun and ammunition in his carry-on bag.

The “It’s Goin’ Down” rapper claims he was unaware he was carrying the gun. Robinson was arrested and released on $50,000 bail. “Yung Joc maintains his innocence. He would appreciate privacy as he addresses these legal issues,” says Robinson’s attorney Stanley Jackson Jr.

Robinson was set to face the charges in court today, but failed to appear. Jackson says his client was out of town on personal and family obligations. Prosecutor Gayle Williams says she is requesting a warrant for him as he is now considered a fugitive.
