Kenya Elections a Success

The Kenya Elections between Mwai Kibaki and Raila Odinga were calm and received a high turnout.  Despite the increase in the number of people voting, police reported only a few occurrences.

Kibaki is 76 and hopes to win a second term stating reminding voters of his economic record and the stability he has ensured in the country.  62 year old Raila Odinga is hoping to win.  No one is sure who is to be elected as Kenya’s next president.
