LARRY JORDAN LAUNCHES POWERUP WITH FINAL CUT STUDIO 2008 UNITED KINGDOM TOUR
Concentrated, In-Depth Seminar Series Returns to the UK
Internationally-renowned editor, director, and Apple-Certified trainer Larry Jordan starts the new year with his PowerUP with Final Cut Studio! tour in the United Kingdom February 4-15, 2008. During his visit, Jordan will present sixteen seminars in Leeds, Birmingham, London and Glasgow. He will be highlighting Apple Inc.’s Final Cut Studio 2, the video editing software suite which includes Final Cut Pro 6, Motion 3, Soundtrack Pro 2 and Color.
“I’m delighted to be coming back to the UK because I really enjoyed meeting editors and talking about editing during our UK tour last year,” Jordan explained. “I look forward to sharing ideas and teaching how to use the new features of Final Cut Pro 2.”
Jordan will be presenting three seminars in each city over two days: “Optimise Your Editing” and “Enhance Your Look With Colour Correction” the first day (approximately £149 each) and “Mastering Final Cut Studio 2” the second (approximately £299). The seminars include take-home workbooks and other valuable editing tools. Special student pricing and group discounts are available.
The four-hour “Optimise Your Editing” is designed for novice and self-taught Final Cut Pro users to help them edit faster and more efficiently. “Enhance Your Look With Colour Correction” is a four-hour session that will explain how to use the tools inside Final Cut Pro 6 to improve exposure and color to make video images look great. “Mastering Final Cut Studio 2” is an eight-hour immersion into Final Cut Pro 6, Motion 3 and Soundtrack Pro 2 for experienced Final Cut Pro editors who want to take their editing skills to the next level. Each seminar provides ample opportunities for attendees to get personalized answers to their technical questions.
