Mickelson and Woods to Play at Quail Hollow

Two Golf Legends Commit to Golf Tournament

Recent Masters champion Phil Mickelson announced on Friday that he will be playing at the Quail Hollow Championship, just a day after Tiger Woods made the same announcement. The Charlotte event will begin on April 29 and will take place at the Quail Hollow Club. It will give both of these legendary golfers another chance to compete against each other and other golf greats. Woods placed fourth at the Masters, which was his first tournament since the sex scandal, so Quail Hollow is effectively his second chance to win his first comeback tournament. Mickelson won the Masters, so Quail Hollow might not be as big of a deal for him as it is for Woods, but don't expect Mickelson to make it easy for Woods. We can expect some great competition very soon.
