Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) has entered into a strategic partnership with FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). Time Warner will be working with FIRST in an effort to reach new audiences while driving the demand for science, technology, math and science (STEM) education through afterschool robotics programs and activities beyond the classroom. Time Warner will also be using public service announces and the local community to raise awareness of the Need for FIRST robotics and more STEM resources.
