MVC Capital Inc (NYSE:MVC) Declares Dividend for Second Quarter

MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE:MVC) has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share for the second quarter of 2010.  A total of $2.9 million will be distributed to the company’s shareholders for the quarter.  Shareholders of record as of April 27, 2010 will receive the distribution on April 30, 2010.  This distribution represents the company’s 20th consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by the Fund since its implementation in July 2005.  For more information, contact Nathaniel Garnick at 212.687.8080.
