Darius Miller, Celebrity Trainer for Usher and Several NFL Players, Remains in Coma after Being Attacked

Darius Miller, a celebrity trainer whose clients include singing sensation Usher along with several NFL players, remains in a coma at Emory Crawford Long Hospital after he was severely beaten on Wednesday by a group of men.

Miller had been walking with the daughter of Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin and four other women on Wednesday night when several photographers began snapping pictures and videotaping them.

After Miller asked the men to stop the group pounced on the 41-year-old and beat him and left him in a coma. According to Miller’s cousin, Ken Miller, there were at least ten men who kicked and punched the trainer before fleeing.

Police have not made any arrests yet in the case.
