Benazir Bhutto Died in Bomb Blast, No Sign of Bullet Injury

Benazir Bhutto did not die of gunshot wounds.  X-rays show that Benazir’s death resulted from shrapnel that fractured her head.  The doctor who treated her at Rawalpindi hospital also stated that her cardiac arrest was a result of brain injury.  The Pakistan government is also in agreement.

This contradicts with the earlier version told.

In earlier reports the assassin took aim to the PPP leader Bhutto, firing three times.  As the crowd tried to catch the falling Bhutto, the assassin detonated his suicide vest killing about twenty people around him.

Regardless of the how, Benazir Bhutto is still deceased.  Her funeral was held today as protesters raged across the country. 

Sanam Bhutto has made this statement.

“PPP and the Bhutto family have given great sacrifices for democracy in Pakistan. My sister also lost her life fighting for the restoration of true democracy. The party must carry her mission forward.”
