Daughtry and Bon Jovi Teaming Up for Performance at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Daughtry, fronted by former American Idol contestant Chris Daughtry, will be opening for legendary rock band Bon Jovi on Feb. 21 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Daughtry and Bon Jovi are also scheduled to play Omaha and Auburn Hills on Feb, 18 and 20 respectively.

 

Bon Jovi has been credited with record sales exceeding 120 million worldwide and have produced nine platinum records and 19 singles have charted in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100.

 

They have landed four number one hits on that chart, "You Give Love a Bad Name", "Livin' On A Prayer", "Bad Medicine", and "I'll Be There for You."

 

As for Daughtry, their debut, self-titled album hit number one on the Billboard 200 and became the fastest selling debut rock album in Soundscan history. Worldwide sales have neared four million for Daughtry with hit singles including “It’s Not Over” and “Home.”

 

Daughtry has been nominated for four awards at the 50th Grammy Awards set to take place Feb. 10, 2008. They are nominated for Best Rock Album, Best Rock Song (“It’s Not Over”), Best Pop Performance, and Best Rock Performance.
