Cincinnati Bengals vs. Miami Dolphins - Free Pick Analysis

Expert handicapper Kris Lazaro of NFLSystems.com has made a prediction on this game.

The Bengals of Cincinnati take on the Dolphins of Miami this Sunday, in the final game for both teams in the NFL regular season.  This game will have no significance to the playoff rush, and as such, the author believes that this game will be low scoring.  Both teams are playing this game for pride and the author believes that the under will be a good bet since second and third stringers will have significant playing time.  The odds on this game are as follows:  then total originally opened at 46.5 and is now currently 45 at the time of writing; oddsmakers have made the Bengals an opening field goal favorite, with betting action on the Dolphins driving the line down.

Cincinnati has been horrible this year.  They are 6-9 straight up and against the spread, while going 1-6 on the road and 2-5 against the spread.  They are coming off a great victory against divisional rival Cleveland Browns, beating them as 1-point home underdogs (they beat them by the score of 19-14).  The author believes that due to the Bengals poor away record, they will once again fall and have trouble scoring.  Their atrocious defense, giving up 24.0 points per game and 349.5 yards per contest will surely come into play.  The Bengals need the off-season to regroup and perhaps field a team that will once again be playoff eligible.
