Even without Kevin Garnett, the Boston Celtics defeated the Miami Heat by a massive margin of victory in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference playoff series.  Fueled by a Boston crowd that was irate over Quentin Richardson’s comments about Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, they beat Miami 106-77.  Dwyane Wade and the Heat now look forward to Friday night as a victory at home will be their only chance to keep the hopes of winning the series alive.
