NBA Playoffs Schedule Wednesday, April 21: Dwight Howard and Orlando Magic Look for 2-0 Series Lead Against Charlotte Bobcats, Mavs Host Spurs

The first round of the NBA playoffs are in full swing and on Wednesday night there will be a pair of games featuring the 2-7 matchups in both the Eastern Conference and Western Conference.

In the Eastern Conference the #2-seed Orlando Magic will be gunning for a 2-0 series lead against the Charlotte Bobcats. In Game 1 the Magic used the presence of Dwight Howard on the defensive end and the offensive outburst of Jameer Nelson to win. The Bobcats will look to bounce back on Wednesday and even the series before heading back to Charlotte.

Dirk Nowitzki was the determining factor in the Dallas Mavericks Game 1 victory over the San Antonio Spurs and he’ll be shooting for a 2-0 series lead on Wednesday. Nowitzki had some help from Shawn Marion, Jason Terry and Jason Kidd in Game 1 but they’ll be facing veterans Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker, a trio that is more than capable of bouncing back and pulling their team even.
