Wall Street noticed a drop in U.S. stocks on Wednesday, with healthcare shares being the main concern on the S&P 500 index. The Dow Jones industrial average (DJI) was down 17.98 points, or 0.16 percent, at 11,099.08. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index (SPX) was down 4.63 points, or 0.38 percent, at 1,202.54. The Nasdaq Composite Index (IXIC) was down 9.50 points, or 0.38 percent, at 2,490.81.
