Two U.S Navy Sailors Found Dead inside Hotel Room in Ghana

Two U.S. Navy sailors who had been traveling through the Gulf of Guinea while stationed aboard the USS Fort McHenry were found dead inside a hotel room in which they were staying while in Tema, Ghana.

The two sailors were part of a mission that was aimed at developing greater maritime security for African nations. Both sailors were taking time off of their scheduled seven-month assignment when they were found dead.

Cause of death has not been released.
