Senator John Edwards Has A Fire Beneath Him To Stop Power Hungry Congressman

Breaking News: Latest polls suggest Huckabee and Obama will be the clear winners of Iowa.

Senator John Edwards of North Carolina has verbally made it clear that he is serious about his battle to stop greedy congressmen from helping themselves while leaving the public in need.  Senator Edwards has state3d how he fully understands that there are those in power that care for themselves through funding and healthcare and leave the public empty handed and in dire need. He speaks from the heart truthfully knowing that it is not easy to simply walk in and say giver up the overflowing money and healthcare resources to the people of this nation. The government has created a system that cares for those in power and talks about health care reform and tax cuts and so on then goes to a five star restaurant and stuffs themselves in excess.

He understands that over half of the United States population goes either without health care or has healthcare that covers barely the basic services. Senator Edwards wants to take on this battle with both hands and make it right for this country and the people who live here. He wants them to thrive instead of barely survive. Senator Edwards may want great things for this country but the fight to the top has proven to be a struggle. Edwards has dipped in Iowa according to the latest 2008 presidential poll.

As Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama ride the top of the race, John Edwards remains in third place. National averages for December on usaelectionpolls.com and presidentelectionpolls.com show Edwards at 15-USA Today, 14-CNN, 13 NBC.  State averages for December are 15.9 New Hampshire, 15.1 South Carolina, 11.5 Nevada, Iowa 23 and North Carolina at 26. As stacked against his competitors Edwards is at 14% while Obama is at 30 and Clinton at 40. Perhaps we will see a leap in status after January 3rd. Only time will tell if John Edwards can continue to move forwards in his fight for the country that he loves.
