Breaking News: Latest polls suggest Huckabee and Obama will be the clear winners of Iowa.
Senator Barak Obama from Illinois carries past experience as a lawyer. He should be able to argue his way to a win no matter how much he may have to alter his words compared to his views. As any good political figure the ability to feed the public a line of bull is what being involved in a government position is all about. How you are able to tell the people what they want to hear so you can seat yourself in a place of power than toy with those around you to get what you desire. This is simply politics at its’ best. As the skeletons come out of the closet about former drug use, and ties to Muslim beliefs, such as his middle name; Barak Obama has shown to be a true political competitor. Perhaps this is why his popularity is so great and he is nearly at a tie with his biggest competitor Hillary Clinton.
Barack Obama is up by 6% over Hillary Clinton in the Des Moines Register democratic poll. Rises in votes because she’s a woman and he’s African American. There is something for everyone to pick at or get up in arms over this election.
This is why the American people have lost interest and faith in choosing a president. The presidential election is more like the latest article of People magazine than a choice of the future president. Polls continue to shoe Barak Obama in second place on the average. Obama is at a 30%, while Clinton is at 40%. Polls on usaelectionpolls.com and presidentelectionpolls.com show the state average in December for Sen. Obama as follows: Illinois-50, South Carolina 32.5, Iowa 29.8, Wisconsin 27.5 and New Hampshire at 27.2. The national averages appear much the same as it is 30-CNN, 27CBS and 25 USA Today. As we crave a president that is honest and true we continue to get smooth and professional. Which smooth talker will walk into the White House in 2008? Only the Polls will know for sure.
